T2SU1/20/40/275R Single Phase,Type 2/Class II surge arrester conforms to EN 61643-11; IEC 61643-11; GB 18802.1; YD/T 1235.1.  Fits a standard 35mm DIN rail and its compact size is useful where space in distribution boards is limited. May be used at the main incoming board for TNS/TNC-S and TT applications where Type 1 Protection is deemed not necessary, or at sub-distribution boards throughout a building where a Type 1 has been fitted at the incoming supply.
